How do I order Queal?
Queal is available via our webshop.
Here you can order everything from a Taste Tester to a full mix of different bags, bars and more.
You can make a one-time order or take out a subscription.
Payment is possible via credit card, PayPal, iDeal, and many other local payment providers.

What is in my (first) order of Queal?
An order has your specified amount of Queal packaged per day (three meals per bag).
An order for 30 meals will, therefore, arrive in 10 bags of Queal powder.
You will also receive a shaker (with your first order) and scoop.
A Taste Tester comes with 7 bags (21 meals) of our most popular flavours and also has a free shaker and scoop.

How can I change / update my subscription?
You can change your subscription via your personal dashboard.
You can add or decrease the number of bags or bars of any flavour, and even add flavours you didn't already have in your subscription. You can also cancel or pause your subscription from there, and take out a new subscription once you'd like to start receiving Queal again. You can even change the interval in which you get your shipments, from 1x per day to once every 3 months.

When does my order arrive? What are your shipping times?
After your order confirmation email, we will send you a tracking email.
In this email (and on your personal dashboard.) we will provide you with the tracking information.
If you haven’t received a tracking link within 48 hours (excluding weekends) and/or the information on your dashboard is unclear please contact us.
Normally you should expect a tracking link the next workday. The shipping times are listed below:

Exceptions may occur and we don’t hold ourselves or our shipping partners liable for delays in shipping. And they do like to spend their weekend with their families, so please account for 2 days longer shipping times if it’s over the weekend.

There is no minimal length to a subscription. You can update/change/cancel at any moment via your personal dashboard.
Do you ship to packstations?
We ship to packstations in Germany (DHL). We don't currently offer support for packstations in other countries.
