The main ingredient of Ready is Oat Flakes. Oats contain gluten (allergen).

Raising Agent
Sodium bicarbonate, also known as baking soda, is a component of the mineral natron. Used to form airy texture when it is being prepared.
Glucose Syrup
Glucose Syrup is very sweet and we use a tiny bit of this to sweeten our products.
Anticaking
Silicon dioxide, not to be confused with silicone, is the most abundant mineral in the earth's crust. It makes sure you don't get clumps in Ready.
Rosemary Extract
We use this to maintain the quality of the powder by reducing oxygen levels in closed pouches/cups.
Sucralose
We use a tiny bit of sweetener in Steady to increase the, surprise surprise, sweetness! Sucralose, which is 600x sweeter than sugar, is used for this.

The chocolate layer consists of cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, vanilla extract, and an emulsifier: soy lecithin
